职位描述
1.Make and imple effective HR Policies and Procedures, Ensuring all HR activities are following HR policy and process.
2.Handle all HR modules work in branch.
3.Responsible to solve the problems from business unit, including but not limit recuitment, training, performance assessment, etc.
3.Employee Relationship; popularize and carry out corporation culture in local office, enhance working environment, ensure core employees retention; facilitates with management team to interfere the best solutions for employees.
4.Cross-culture management
Receiving and replying employee complain/grievance, creating and maintaining good employee relationship.
5.Act as the member of the HR Management Team.

1.Nationality Chinese only 2.Education Background Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Law, Psychology or related fields. 3.Language Fluent in English 4.Working Experience (1)Competitor's HR working experiences, at least 3 years experience in Human Resource area. (2)Good knowledge of all HR models, familiar with Recruitment, KPI Performance and Training 5.Required Competency (1)Excellent communication and negotiation skills. (2)Business sense, able to carry out change management. (3)Good at time management and priority control. (4)Good problem solving skill. (5)Good interpersonal skill, good at cross-functional corporation.
